We have divided all of our devices up here into their respective “Segments”.  In our industry all devices are broken up into these segments which are dictated by two main factors; output speed measured in pages per minute (ppm) and ideal monthly volume range.  As you move up in the segments you gain many benefits including; increased monthly volume capability, greater color quality, faster output speeds, etc.  Each device is designed to handle a certain volume range in order to operate at maximum efficiency and quality of output.  It is vital that your Business Solutions Consultant gain a detailed understanding of your current volumes and workflows so that they can recommend the appropriate solution for your company.  Our goal is to “right-size” your fleet based upon your needs and by reallocating existing assets where possible and strategically introducing new hardware and software where applicable to handle all of your organization’s volumes.
